At lunchtime, our Market Menu is reinvented each week according to seasonal arrivals, celebrating a local, fresh and refined cuisine, where pleasure meets balance.

Currently, Chez Albert invites you to discover L’Odyssée Nomade, an exceptional tea time created in collaboration with Vincent Guerlais, designed as a true gourmet journey across Europe.
This experience includes:
• Four sweet creations by Vincent Guerlais, inspired by our rooms and imagined as unique stops along the way.
• Four drink pairings, thoughtfully crafted to enhance each creation.
Open Tuesday to Sunday, by reservation only.
Tea Time: 3pm to 6pm, €35 package for two people.

As night falls, Albert's Bar invites you to discover its evening menu, featuring classic cocktails from a bygone era as well as tapas and gourmet platters, carefully prepared using high-quality local produce. Surrounded by intriguing works of art, worthy of a cabinet of curiosities from yesteryear, let yourself be carried away by the unique atmosphere of this extraordinary place.
