Guarantee policy

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of booking. Unless otherwise specified, a request for pre-authorization of the reservation amount will be made three days prior to arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, 09:00 (local time). After this time, the hotel will charge for the first night.

Check-in time

Rooms are available from 16:00.

Check-out time

The room must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest, except in the case of Late Check Out (on request).

Children's policy

Free accommodation and buffet breakfast for up to 2 children under 16 sharing a room with their parents or grandparents.
