Oenology workshop

Discover oenology with our sommelier, taste and analyse a selection of wines and embark on a one-hour tasting journey through an emblematic wine-growing region or country.

For one hour, our head sommelier Romain guides you through a tasting and discovery of carefully selected wines. The experience then continues at Chez Albert, around the Market Menu, to fully experience the alliance between wine and gastronomy.
